Our 10 Year Warranty offer a 10 Year Warranty on all its mattresses. Within the 10 Year period if the mattress is found to be defective the cost of the repair will be covered by the manufacturer. If a defect occurs within the first 12 months of purchase the transport will also be covered by the manufacturer. After the first 12 months has lapsed, the onus is on the purchaser to cover the transport costs.
The Settling Process
The mattress will go through a 'settling process' whereby the mattress upholstery layers will adjust and conform to the body. Most of this process will occur within the first 12 months. This is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault and is not a defect under warranty. Settling can occur up to 30mm, this is considered normal. Rotation every 4-8 weeks of the mattress will provide even settling over the whole sleeping surface. Irregular issues are covered under the terms.
The Warranty Does not Cover

Care and Maintenance
Don't place this product near open flames or expose it to fire. Don't Smoke in Bed.
Ongoing Care
The Do's Do check your base legs and tighten in necessary. Do rotate you mattress from top to bottom monthly. This will provide even wear over the sleeping surface. The Don'ts Don't flip your mattress. All mattresses are single sided. Don't use dry cleaning fluid or any other chemicals to clean your mattress. These chemicals can damage the construction of the mattress. Don't let anyone stand or jump on the mattress. Don't let anyone stand or jump on the mattress. Don't use the edges of the mattress as a seat. Don't attempt to turn the mattress by yourself. It is a two person job. Don't use the handles to rotate the mattress. There are only to be used to position the mattress.
If identical materials are not available at the time of repair, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials with those of equal available quality.
