We are a small team of brazenly good looking individuals with our head office based out of Melbourne. That’s right, our founder Stef and the rest of the guys and girls are real people, and that’s what you can expect when you contact us. Like most Aussies, we love our sport, our mates and a fair go. Our Comfort Guarantee

it’s that easy and absolutely genuine.

We wish you to moonlight for a full 100 days to with your new mattress and if you are not entirely satisfied with the level of comfort simply send it back for a replacement.

All you have to do is keep us in the loop within the 100 day period and if you’re unsatisfied we'll take care of rest. We believe our satisfaction guarantee is second to none in fairness and favour. There are no hidden fees for restocking or return, we don't expect you to personally pack, move and prepare the mattress ready for return and we won't void your guarantee because you've thrown out the original packaging.

Finally, we absolutely won’t allow you to be left without a mattress, so your replacement is delivered and installed by us on the same day we collect the return.

 
Our Commitment

We will arrange a replacement mattress of equivalent size and value with the option of a different feel or a chance to upgrade by simply paying the difference in price.

The Comfort Guarantee is valid for the mattress only and does not extend to the bed base.

We'll make sure to communicate delivery times and will take care to arrange all the shipping and packaging with the same level of service you originally received and now expect.

Our delivery team will collect, pack and replace the mattress even taking away any rubbish with the upmost of care.

We will endeavour to best understand your decision so that we can make any improvements to provide better service for our customers in the future.

All mattresses returned are safely recycled or cleaned then donated to charity.

Our goal is to keep you rested and sleep singing our praises. If you have any further unanswered questions we encourage you to contact us by phone, email or live chat. same day we collect the return.

 
Our Reasonable Terms

We do of course have terms and conditions that you will find are highly reasonable. They exist to protect you, our environment, our standing and most importantly our staff. Rest assured, our policies are not in place to make the return process inaccessible or difficult, but rather to be fair and clear for all.

We understand the mattress to be exchanged has been used, so some wear and tear is acceptable. We do require you send us a photo by email prior to collection for the safety of our people and to determine the mattress is not severely damaged or heavily soiled.

Each customer is entitled to one mattress exchange for replacement within the qualifying period.

You must have slept on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting an exchange. We highly encourage this since adjusting to your new mattress usually takes several weeks. Please refer to our FAQ for information regarding the settling process and your personal adjustment period to your new mattress.

Delivery, installation of your new mattress and the return of your mattress is absolutely FREE. No FEES!

Exchanges outside of our regular free delivery service area may incur an additional return fee. (If you received free delivery on your initial order this will not affect you).
