Am I eligible to purchase?
Our mattresses are hefty and require two man teams to move them. If you live in greater Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide or Brisbane including the Sunshine & Gold Coast we will deliver all our mattresses and bed bases to your home, castle, trailer, office or penthouse absolutely FREE of charge. That's at no extra charge... for FREE! Furthermore, our skilled team will provide a white glove service, which means we'll assemble, adjust and install your new mattress and bed base with the greatest of care in a place of your choice, to your satisfaction, even removing any packaging. And YES it's absolutely FREE!
How can you help?
Here are the procedures that we expect you to follow to ensure your delivery runs smoothly. • The area must be clear and bed linens must be removed including your mattress. If the area is not cleared, our drivers may refuse installation due to OH&S reasons. • Our teams are willing to help move your existing mattress but are not expected to move unrelated furniture to accommodate. Please provide a clear space with adequate room for our team to operate. • Upon delivery, you must present your invoice to confirm the terms of your purchase. You must inspect merchandise prior to the delivery person leaving the residence; you may refuse delivery if any goods are defective, damaged, or non-conforming.
What about the rest of Australia?
At this stage we are only shipping to designated areas in and around Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra. We are working feverishly to get across the country as we believe free delivery with white gloves is the only way to experience your new mattress. So we'll keep you our valued customers, informed when the rollout commences. You can check your eligibility by entering your post code in the Am I eligible? section on each of the mattress pages.
Will you remove an old mattress?
Glad you asked. If you want to remove your mattress just let us know when we call to confirm a suitable time for delivery. It's that easy! Your old mattress is safely disposed of including your matching base if required. Additionally, any packaging from your new mattress is taken away and safely disposed. Our transport team is part of GREENFLEET. GREENFLEET is a not-for profit organisation that aims to reduce the impact of transport and other human activity on the environment.
So how does it all work?
Our dispatch and driver teams are the best in the business. As soon as we receive your order we'll contact you within 24 hours by email to fill you in on all of the details of the delivery process, including expected ETA. We understand that not all customers are available during business hours so if you’re tied up Monday through Friday we'll even deliver on Saturdays at no additional charge. We'll stay in contact throughout as every effort is made to ensure your goods are delivered on time. Unless otherwise specified, someone will have to be at the residence to receive the goods and guide us into your palace to install your brand new mattress. You pick the date, we deliver the mattress.
Prompt and efficient delivery
We do our very best to understand your requirements prior to delivery and installation, so during our first call to arrange a suitable delivery time our staff will confirm and request further info so we can be as prompt and efficient as possible. • Confirmation of address as per original order. • What is the access like at the destination? • Are the goods going up stairs? • Do you have a lift or access to one? • Is your driveway steep, concreted or gravelled? • Can the vehicle turn around?
